Richard received both his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and his Masters in Business Taxation from the University of Southern California. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1982, certified in the state of California. In 1988, he opened his practice in Westlake Village, California. He is a member of the American Institute of CPA's and the California Society of CPA's.

Cynthia received her B.S. from the University of Southern California in 1980. She has been an Enrolled Agent since 1994, enrolled to practice before the Internal Revenue Service. She is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents and the California Society of Enrolled Agents. She is also a Notary Public for the state of California.
